Cody Turns Five

What a great day! We started the day off with a fun Birthday party with 15 friends. Cody wanted a Kindermusik party again this year. I was a little worried that the kids were getting kind of old and would think it was dumb, but it turned out great. I had them all entertained for a good 45 minuets with Kindermusik stuff. Then we moved on to presents. That turned out to go MUCH faster then I had planed. I feel bad, because I have no idea who gave what to Cody. It was pure mayhem for about 3 min. Yes, 3 minuets, that is how long it took to open 15+ presents. Cody go a lot of fun toys and might I just add…. I transformed my first transformer. I almost gave up a couple of times, but then I did it. I remember this being one of my stressors when we found out we were getting a boy. I had no idea how to do boy stuff…. ie Transformers. Any ways, after presents we went up stairs for Cake and Ice Cream, then the kids just played for the last few minuets and tada!!!! Party Over. Later that day we went to Chucky Cheeses, their pizza is a lot better then I remember. Any ways the kids had a blast! Cody loved playing Ski ball, however…. He is terrible at it, not that I can talk, but seriously, he was thrilled when the ball would stay in his lane….. actually we were all trilled when the ball would stay in his lane. I happened to get a picture of one of his “AIR BALLS” click this one to enlarge and you can see his ball as it flew BEHIND the whole row of Ski Ball machines. Elena loved that she was such a big girl and was able to put her own money in and play all of the games. She loved riding the horse. So now we have a five year old and we just couldn't be more poud of him then we are. We love you tons Cody!! So glad that you are our boy!
